Protesters in Geneva clashed with police, set a car on fire and smashed the windows of a bank to show their opposition to the G7 summit taking place across the border in France.

UK forces on Sunday intercepted a sanctioned Russian ship, with navy commandos rappelling onboard from helicopters. The UK and Ukraine hailed the move, saying it robbed Russia of money for its ongoing war of aggression.
